Place your order
- Choose a product. Browse the collection and open a product to check its photos, details and price.
- Add it to your cart. Select the quantity or available options, then add the item. Review the cart and remove anything you do not want.
- Continue to checkout. Enter your name, active phone number and full delivery address so the courier can reach you.
- Choose an available payment method. The options offered for your order appear at checkout. If you choose Cash on Delivery, pay the order amount to the courier on delivery.
- Review before submitting. Check products, quantities, delivery details, payment choice and the final amount, including any delivery charge.
- Save your order ID. After the order is submitted, keep the order ID shown on screen for support and tracking.
Track or ask about an order
Open the Track Order page and enter your order ID to see its status. You can also contact WOVARA support with the order ID if you need help.
Submitting an order does not mean it has already shipped. Check the tracking page for the latest order status.
